Ambiguity and the Core
Abstract: Coalition values may be state-dependent while cooperation must be arranged before the state is known. Even if every ex post game has a nonempty core, the ex ante game formed from evaluated coalition values may have an empty core. I characterize the evaluation rules that prevent this failure.
